We are committed to educating our clients in order to maintain the design they put time and money into. We provide the necessary information for amending the soil and sun/shade exposure of each plant, and these factors are taken into strong consideration when choosing plant materials and placements in our initial design. Grading and water and drainage solutions are discussed to ensure the placement or any hardscaping int the yard will not encounter any issues in the future.
We do not provide installation services, nor do we provide installation estimates. We leave this to the experts- the vendors who install the finished product! They have the most relevant skills needed to read and implement our plans correctly and cost-effectively. Upon request, we can provide a list of trusted vendors that you can turn to when it’s time to install your finalized design.
As a former REALTOR, I understand how important curb appeal is.
A one-hour consultation can help clients put together an outdoor task list to prepare their home for sale, or once your buyers have moved in to their new home, we can help them identify what they have in their new yard and any changes they should make to increase their new home's curb appeal and outdoor functionality. We give them a plan that they can implement all at once, or in phases.
Want to give them a gift they will remember every time they leave their home or enter it? A consultation with us is a perfect closing gift!

We understand HOA rules and requirements and the impact landscaping has when establishing new communities. We provide design services while keeping those conditions in mind, making sure that the design reflects the style of the community. From neighborhood entrances to commons areas to the newly established homes, we make sure to design with plants that will mature right along with the rest of the community.
