Each design is tailored to the site, the architecture, and how the space will actually be used—so there are no surprises once installation begins.

Each project is customized, but most designs include:

• Site review and existing conditions analysis 
• Scaled 2D landscape plan 
• Plant selections shown at maturity and appropriate for the North Carolina climate 
• Hardscape and layout concepts, when applicable 
• Design notes to support installation 
• 3D views or renderings when helpful to the project 

Plans are created to clearly communicate intent—to you, your builder, and your installer.

Drawn to scale and suitable for permitting, HOA submission, and installation—commonly used for projects throughout the Triangle region.

3D Design & Renderings
Used when visualization is important. Helpful for larger projects, complex layouts, or when clients want to better understand the finished space.

Many projects include both.

3. Revisions are made as needed 
4. Final plans are delivered digitally
    

The scope is defined upfront to keep the process efficient and clear.

Landscape design is offered on an hourly basis, or as a good-faith estimate based on lot size, scope, and project complexity. Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing your project details.

Installation is not included.

Most projects fall within a defined flat-fee range once scope is confirmed.
