Landscape Design Support for Builders

I provide streamlined landscape design services for residential builders throughout the Triangle. My role is to support your build process with clean, HOA-compliant landscape designs that are easy to hand off for installation.

Experience includes landscape design support for select Homes by Dickerson projects.

• You send plot plans, site photos, HOA requirements, and general budget guidance 
• I create a lot-specific landscape design aligned with the home and community 
• Designs are delivered ready for HOA submission and installation 

I work with your preferred installer or can introduce trusted landscape installers I regularly collaborate with.

Design services are offered as a flat fee per home.
Because lot sizes, home footprints, and subdivision planting requirements vary, pricing is confirmed once basic project details are reviewed.

This approach ensures:

Typical turnaround is 1-2 weeks from receipt of complete information.
Rush timelines may be available based on workload.
