Fee Schedule

While the size of the yard dictates the length of time spent on a plan, the average hours required for a yard in our area are 3-4 hours for a front or back section, and 4-6 hours for an entire yard. 

Initial Consult and Measure - Minimum 1 hour fee for all consult, measure and designs under 1 hour.

Minimum 1 hour fee for all consults under 1 hour.

Any appointments requiring 30-50 minutes drive from 2400 Colony Woods Drive, Apex will have travel fees added to the final invoice.

Any appointments requiring 60+ minutes drive from 2400 Colony Woods Drive, Apex will have travel fees added to the final invoice.

Minimum 1 hour.

Saturday/Sunday - Minimum 1 hour fee for all designs under 1 hour.

Appointments after 5pm ET. - Minimum 1 hour fee for all designs under 1 hour.
